It's important to know that a mental health consultant (mentálhigiénés szakember) is not a psychologist, therefore I don’t diagnose, and don’t work within psychotherapeutic frameworks.
I support psychologically healthy people who wish to gain clearer insight into themselves, their relationships, and their decisions when facing life challenges, transitions, or periods of feeling stuck.
The first consultation is a free 30-minute introductory Zoom call.
We’ll look at what brought you here, what you need right now, and how I can support you.
You don’t need to prepare or have all the answers – figuring out what you want can be part of our work together.
You bring the topic; I listen, ask questions, reflect back, and help you clarify your thoughts and feelings.
If you’d like to continue, we’ll decide together what format and frequency would suit you best.

Some things are hard to put into words, especially if you’re not used to talking about your inner world.
The LEGO® Serious Play® method and the OH Cards, which combine images and words, help access feelings, thoughts, and inner images through a different channel.
We only use them if you’re open to it. You don’t need manual skills or artistic talent, the tools are here to serve you and help make your inner world visible.
We might also work with short texts or stories to invite new perspectives, or simple workbook-style prompts you can continue at home, at your own pace.
The purpose of every tool is the same: to help you get closer to yourself and understand what’s going on inside you.
